Shipping/ Delivery Information

Processing

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our warehouse by our contracted bearer. This stands for all orders whether Direct Deliveries, Knutsford Express & Zipmail.

After your payment is authorized and verified, orders can still take up to 4 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Shipping/Delivery

We utilize multiple shipping and delivery couriers to send packages overseas and in Jamaica. Once your order is processed, your delivery/ shipping date will be sent to you via email or Whatsapp text.

Store Pickup:
Orders are available for pickup at our Selfcare Studio, located at Shop #9, 124 Old Hope Road, Kingston 6. After checkout orders must be processed before available for pickup. After processing you will be notified when your package is ready for collection. Packages not collected within 3 business days will be cancelled.

Direct Delivery: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays (10am- 4pm)

After payment confirmation you will be notified your delivery day and time via email or Whatsapp text.

Kingston (Bearer Service): $700

Portmore/Spanish Town (Bearer Service): $1000

Knutsford Express (Islandwide): Tuesdays & Thursdays
After payment confirmation and processing you will be notified which shipping day your package is in. Once sent off your courier number will be sent via Whatsapp message. A $700 is to be paid to Knutsford Express upon collection. Packages are available the following day.

Zipmail (Islandwide): Tuesdays & Thursdays - $700
After payment confirmation and processing you will be notified which shipping day your package is in. Once sent off your tracking number will be sent via Whatsapp message. Packages are usually available in 1-3 business days.
